RLS Auction Automation

About the project

RLS Auction Automation is being developed to support RLS PTA auction organizers. It uses selected Google spreadsheets and Drive files to manage donor records, donation details, listing images and historical auction information.

The application is under development. Google file access and email sending have been tested. Planned portal submissions, organizer workflows and auction publishing are not available from this page.

Google connections

Designated organizers connect the accounts used for auction administration. File access is limited to files selected for the application or created through it. Email access allows the auction mailbox to send messages; it does not allow the application to read the inbox.

Planned email uses are requested portal login links and organizer-approved experience rosters. Ordinary portal users will not need to authorize access to their own Google accounts.
